In some cases, it is not possible to select the right luminaire for our customers' applications by phone or email.
In our well-equipped test laboratory, we have the opportunity to examine your sample parts and simulate your issues.
This enables us to work out a suitable solution even in difficult cases.
Also together with you. Make an appointment with us and bring your test parts with you.
Of course, you can also test yourself with our loan device service.
We will make a preselection in advance by telephone or e-mail and send you the appropriate lighting.
This service is of course free of charge. All you have to do is arrange the return transportation or take over the loaned device.
You are welcome to send us recordings after your test so that we can discuss the results together.
In our catalog you will find links to the data sheets and technical drawings of our standard LED lights for industrial image processing, visual inspection and machine lights. This allows you to plan the luminaire, both mechanically and electrically, into your system concept in advance.
A comprehensive data sheet is also enclosed with the delivery of the ordered lighting. This applies to both standard and special lighting.
On request, we will be able to send you drawings and data sheets in digital form for your planning or documentation.

Our employees will take care of this as soon as possible.
In general, we document every order, whether standard or customer-specific, in an internal digital system and in paper form. This allows us to access this data and assign orders even after many years.
All we need is a photo of the name plate with the designation and appliance number.
With this system, we are able to manufacture equivalent replacement devices and carry out repairs. And that goes back to 2006 and even further in some cases.
As a manufacturer with a high level of vertical integration, we can produce our diverse products with relatively few raw materials.
It is part of our company policy to keep a large stock of raw materials. This has enabled us to get through any kind of crisis without having to significantly extend our delivery times.
If a light is defective, we can offer you rapid assistance, repair or replacement.
We are able to manufacture most luminaires within one day (non-powder-coated housing) and organize immediate delivery. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any further questions about the process.
Devices from planistar Lichttechnik GmbH can be returned to us at your expense.
These will be disposed of professionally in accordance with our commercial waste concept.
