For a good consultation, we need all the information about your project that you can or are allowed to give us.

These may be:

• Drawings or sketches
• Descriptions of the application
• Photos of any preliminary trials

This gives us an overview of the measurement or inspection task for machine vision or visual inspection. A telephone call or video conference is then held to resolve any outstanding issues.

To enable us to advise you in more detail, simply send us a test specimen with typical faults. We will evaluate these in our light laboratory under various conditions.

We are on hand to advise you on installation, electrical connection and any fine adjustments.

For us, the project is only complete when the application works satisfactorily for the end customer.
