Our FOCUSOR is a special in-house development from planistar. Using a special lens system, several light sources are focused on a specific point. The light shines on the test object from all sides and creates uniform illumination without any shadow effect.
This cannot be achieved with a conventional spotlight. Shadow formation due to unevenness, superstructures or tools is avoided. The evaluation and commissioning of industrial image processing becomes easier and therefore cheaper.
As we are the manufacturer of the lights ourselves, we can offer customized lights with short delivery times and at reasonable prices.
Several light sources are focused on a defined point using a movable lens system. The light shines on the test object from all sides and even makes concealed areas visible that would otherwise not be reached with a conventional spotlight.
The focus of the light can be adjusted to the working distance using the adjustable lens system.
The controllers are already integrated. This means you do not need an external control unit. You have switching inputs for continuous and flash operation, as well as a 1-10 V interface.
The luminaire can be equipped for a wide range of applications in industrial image processing in various white tones, but also in monochrome light colors, IR and UV.
This is precisely where our strength lies. Because planistar manufactures the lights in-house, we can produce customised backlighting with short delivery times.
So you don't have to follow our standard programme. We adapt exactly to your requirements and the conditions on site.
This saves you costs in theOur production processes are planned in such a way that a customised light has almost the same throughput as a standard light. The only difference is that the customised luminaire is precisely documented. This means that we are able to supply replacements even years later.

When revising the product series, we always take sustainability into account, as many small details add up to a big picture.
This starts with saving resources and energy, the right choice of materials we use, right through to packaging and disposal.
All spherical optics of the LEDs are adjusted in the LED spotlight for image processing so that they are directed precisely at the measuring point at the specified working distance. This creates shadow-free illumination of the test object, as the light hits it from different directions around the test object.
Our FOCUSOR floodlight is an in-house development by planistar that is not yet available from any other manufacturer in this form. This opens up new solutions for our customers in industrial image processing that cannot be achieved with conventional LED spotlights.
