We at planistar can offer our customers a wide range of LED spotlights for industrial image processing. The optics are freely selectable as 15°, 30° or 60°. Our spotlights are high-power to achieve short exposure times with a high depth of field.
If you cannot find a suitable lighting fixture in our extensive standard range, we will be happy to offer you LED lighting to suit your requirements.
As we are the manufacturer of the lights ourselves, we can offer customized spotlights with short delivery times and at reasonable prices.
The 6 power LEDs have a flash output of approx. 35 W. The controller is already built into the lighting fixture to prevent incorrect operation. The mounting bracket -W6 is the perfect addition. The spotlight can therefore be easily adjusted to the test specimen on site.
The spotlight is designed for continuous and flash operation. This means that the system can be set up for continuous operation and later operated in flash mode. The switching inputs respond to every rising edge from 5 V TTL to 24 V PLC.
No other external controllers are required, everything is built into the luminaire.
The 12 power LEDs have a flash output of approx. 70 W. Thanks to the high-quality optics, the light energy is delivered to the test objects with a high light yield.
The ring radiator is designed for continuous and flash operation. This means that the system can be set up for continuous operation and later operated in flash mode. The switching inputs respond to every rising edge from 5 V TTL to 24 V PLC. A 1-10 V interface has also been integrated.
No other external controllers are required, everything is built into the light. This prevents operating errors.
The 36 high-power LEDs have a flash output of approx. 250 W. Thanks to the high-quality optics, the light energy is delivered to the test objects with a high light yield. This means that even larger distances between the floodlight and the test object can be realized.
The panel spotlight is designed for continuous and flash operation. This means that the system can be set up for continuous operation and later operated in flash mode. The switching inputs respond to every rising edge from 5 V TTL to 24 V PLC. A 1-10 V interface has also been integrated.
No other external controllers are required, everything is built into the luminaire.
This is precisely where our strength lies. Because planistar manufactures the lights in-house, we can produce customised backlighting with short delivery times.
So you don't have to follow our standard programme. We adapt exactly to your requirements and the conditions on site.
This saves you costs in theOur production processes are planned in such a way that a customised light has almost the same throughput as a standard light. The only difference is that the customised luminaire is precisely documented. This means that we are able to supply replacements even years later.
Benefit from the co-operation with planistar.
Lights direct from the manufacturer
When revising the product series, we always take sustainability into account, as many small details add up to a big picture.
This starts with saving resources and energy, the right choice of materials we use, right through to packaging and disposal.
Only high-quality LEDs and optics are used in the spotlights. In addition to white, many monochrome light colors are also available.
Optics with 15°, 30° and 60° are available. If required, our spherical optics can be installed, which have a particularly narrow beam angle of just 2°-3°.
The optics enable us to achieve high luminous efficacy, which also saves thermal energy. This means that we always manage with passive cooling through our integrated heat sinks.
In our lamps, the LED controllers are always built-in to the lamp. This prevents operating errors and accidental damage.
In order to achieve optimum interaction between the LED and the control unit, the electronics are also developed in-house and manufactured exclusively for us by a regional company.
The installation of the controller in the light offers a decisive advantage, especially for applications with flash operation. The very high and short flash current is generated and stored in the luminaire. The currents in the supply line can thus be reduced accordingly. This principle helps to reduce the risk of EMC interference.
The internal microcontroller monitors the pulse-pause ratio and only allows a new pulse after 1:5. This prevents the LEDs from overheating and being damaged by the flash mode.
In flash mode, the pulse duration is limited to a maximum of 1.5 ms. Longer trigger times are referred to as switching mode.
Our devices reach 80% of their brightness 80µs after the input signal has been applied. The brightness is not the same as the voltage at the LED.
The days when LEDs did not generate any heat are long gone. Due to increasingly powerful technology, it is important to design optimum thermal management for the entire fitting.
Because the only death for an LED is heat death. For this reason, the heat at the LEDs determines the service life of the entire luminaire.
Our mostly 2 mm aluminum housings serve as a large cooling surface which, depending on the application, can be supported by additional heat sinks.
Our team will be at your disposal for any questions you may have. We will process your request as soon as possible.
