The calibration plates from planistar enable highly precise and reproducible calibration of camera systems used in industrial image processing. Featuring ultra-fine structures produced with a high-resolution 600 dpi UV plate printing process and manufacturing tolerances of only 50–100 µm, they deliver reliable measurement results and maximum process stability – even in demanding machine vision applications.

A high-quality anti-reflective protective coating minimizes unwanted reflections and ensures high-contrast, clear image acquisition. This makes the calibration plates ideally suited for both reflected-light and transmitted-light applications.

Each calibration plate is supplied with a factory inspection certificate documenting measured tolerances and material-related thermal expansion characteristics. This ensures traceable, standards-compliant, and reproducible calibration of your systems.
