You will receive an order confirmation by email, fax or post immediately after placing your order. planistar also requires your email address and telephone number in order to contact you quickly in the event of any queries and to provide you with information relating to an enquiry or order. If you are paying on delivery, planistar does not require any information in addition to the details specified above. If you are paying by direct debit, additional data is needed to process your order. This allows planistar to fulfil your order and to keep you up to date with the order status.
