Light tunnel (light dome) from planistar

planistar’s LED light tunnel is an improved way of more easily integrating conventional dome lighting into an industrial system. The test pieces can be completely inserted into the light tunnel. This is usually not feasible with a light dome.

Important: The desired lighting effect can only be achieved if the tunnel or dome is used correctly. In addition, planistar light tunnels are much more flexible in their dimensions than the typical hemisphere of LED dome lighting.

We manufacture the individual main components of the light tunnels ourselves. This allows us to adapt them very well to your image processing task.

The LED light tunnels are completely variable in length, width and height. They can be completely adapted to the conditions prevailing with the image processing system.
To further improve the light tunnel, white side panels with openings for the test pieces are fitted to the luminaire.
Openings for cameras can be made not only in the upper surface, but also at the side edges.
The openings can be bridged with coaxial luminaire, so that no dark surfaces are visible through the lens with shiny objects. The brightness levels are adjusted.
Several switch inputs can be integrated so that both sides and the upper surface can be switched separately.

An exact task description of your desired image processing system including space constraints helps us to determine the most suitable external dimensions.
